Processing Time Because every order is custom made, please allow 1–4 months for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way. If you have questions about your order status during production, don't hesitate to contact us.
Shipping Rates
- Spain: €6.99 flat rate — free shipping on orders over €100
- European Union: €8.99 flat rate — free shipping on orders over €100
Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)
- Spain: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 7–12 business days
Carriers We ship with GLS, Correos, and DHL. The carrier assigned to your order may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking At this time, we do not offer order tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Important Note on EU Delivery Law EU consumer law sets a default 30-day delivery deadline. By placing an order with kitty print, customers explicitly agree to the extended production timeline of 1–4 months, as all products are made to order. This agreement is made at the time of purchase.
Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window after dispatch, please contact us at sgparedes01@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier. If your order is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
